Gutted today had my big reveal

And my nipples are pointing outwards they don't look great cos there still all stitches showing and pulled tight after the uplift but there awful feel like crying x

It can be quite a shock after an uplift to see so much scarring halo and the shape, the nipples, the whole look can all just look so wrong.

But please don't be disheartened. They WILL get better and what you're looking at now is NOT what your result is going to be babe.

Have faith that over time your boobs are going to continue to heal day by day... But don't expect anything to happen in weeks halo, its going to be months hun before you get to see anything like your final result.

So please dry those eyes hun. Honestly... 3 months from now you'll be looking at a completely different pair of boobs. X x

Awww honey, I really feel for you, but I imagine your still very early on as cookie says, mine have changed so much in 4 weeks and that was only an enlargement, think how much more work an uplift is so lots more healing to do.
Try and stay positive, and be patient :-)

Oh Hun I'm sure there is a way to go with the healing yet. I only have another few years until I have to have an uplift. I'm hoping you stay positive and just wait over the next few weeks they will look amazing.

Aww Halo, im sorry you felt a bit upset.... i imagine it is a scary feeling to see all of the new scars and not the flawless boobs you dream off. However like the girls have said, you need to stay positve, keep your chin up and remember that you have so much more healing to do :)xxxx

Aww Hun x it's quite a shock when you get your first proper look xx you have loads of changes to come, and you will soon start to see them improving x my nipples pointed in all sorts of directions, they still have east west days xx chin up, it does get better xx

i know i am so impatient i think because is like the one where i was hoping all my problems would vanish and when i saw them it wasnt so much the stitches but they were totally the worng way, i will keep my chins up though ty so much girls and cookie your all so lovely xx

I'm just over 5 weeks po and my nipple scars are so different to what they were!
I couldn't see past the scars but u will!
My right one is still bruised and is being stubborn in droppin so at the mo I'm tryin not to look at them but we will be both saying wow I'm sure in a few months xx

halo hun, sorry to read you're feeling like this, but try and remember what the girls above have said, we need to be prepared for a process that will take time shape the end result hun, so at least you can rest assured that what you are looking at now is not the end result!

Really sorry to hear that you aren't happy at the moment hun! Hug

As the others have said it is very early days and even though I'm sure you've read hundreds of times on here that there are so many changes that will occur, it sometimes isn't enough to prepare you for the reality.

Try not to worry, I know it's easier said than done, but in a few weeks time I'm sure that you will love your new boobies Smike

it's a major op you've been through, and like all the post-op girls have said, it really is early days for you so give yourself time. Thinking of you hun, just remember give your body time to heal (although I know its easier said than done!) Rest lots and tell your OH to keep his cups of teas to himself for now!! xxx

Time really is what's needed, mine look completely different to what they did 3 months ago, I never thought they would change and I only had a straight BA x They will be amazing xxxx Takes lots of patience xxx
