Re: massaging......
I had to massage one of mine Tink and the soreness is part and parcel of the massage babe.
Try taking some pain killers lovely and hopefully this will lessen for you.
Mine thankfully did drop with the massage so its worth doing if you can bare it. If you're finding the pain too much to bare then maybe contact your surgeon and ask them to advise further hun. Xx

Re: massaging......
I have to do a sort of squeezing motion at the top of my implant. Sounds silly lol and really hard to explain!

Re: massaging......
Maybe you could try a cold compress after massaging, it might help with the sore feeling.
Re: massaging......
I was told to squeeze the implant and then massage the top of the breast with the flat of my hand in a downwards direction to help move the breast downwards.
Massage is ONLY ever necessary if instructed by your surgeon girls and if asked to massage and you don't know why then ask.
Textured implants don't require massage at all... Infact quite the opposite, to adhere to the pocket they require stability and generally you're only ever asked to massage if you have an implant that is being stubborn and needs some help to drop, or if there are signs of early CC. Xx
