Hi Girls,
my surgeon told me to massage E45 cream every night before bed into my boobs. is there any particular way to do this? also ive heard bio oil is good for the scars but should i wait till the stitches have dissolved first? xx

I think he means to just rub cream into your skin to help the skin stretch. Rather than a breast massage but it might be worth ringing to check. As for scars he will probably tell you on your next check up what you should put on them. But I wouldn't put anything on them until you are specifically told to do so as you are at risk of infection this early
