I got shock absorbers too - from my local department store Banburys think siome mainstream places do them like MandS etc, I also got an Anita but its not cheap, but my fave bra, also maybe a cheaper alternative is to get bra extenders while your swollen, save you buying new bras as you can use your same ones.
what a nightmare re crash, scary, hope you are ok, make sure u rest rest rest xx I just sat literaly reading this forum for 3 days!!

re pain relief I stopped cocodamol as it was useless and went onto ibuprofen on day 3 and felt much better but I think the worst of the pain is over by day 4 xx
