Hi,

Just having a look through my post op pack and it said at 4 weeks to massage them.

Im massaging my scars with bio oil but not the boob.
Should I be doing this and how?

I wasn't told to massage scars or boobs, in fact it said in the info I was given not to massage my implants. I'd try and contact your surgeon before starting anything. x

Always best to check with your clinic/surgeon on anything you are unsure about in your post operative care.

hmmm, I've been alternating bio oil and palmers cocoa butter since day 12, though i wouldn't say it's massage it did rub the stuff in, not the scars or near them though.... I hope I haven't done something wrong...massaging scars and breasts ....?? 2829330259

Has any thoughts or tried pure vit E oil? That's the main ingredient in bio oil and someone has said its actually better?! x
