Should I be massaging my scars?
My PS didn't tell me to massage my incision site scars but I've seen a lot about it. Were many of you told to do it? If so, at what point were you advised to start and what's the technique? One of mine is already entirely flat...the other has one bump that I'm hoping will flatten with time.

Re: Should I be massaging my scars?
I was never told to massage my scars either.
To be honest, I haven't even seen my scars yet, because what I WAS told to do was to keep paper tape on them for 6 months to stop them from spreading. So far, the tape has been changed twice and both times it was done by the clinic, so next time will be the first time I even SEE them!
I would say just to do what your PS says. You can maybe ask if you should massage them, and they might recommend a technique, or cream to use... best to ask!
