I personally wouldn't risk your recovery hun until actually seeing your surgeon and him assessing your healing to ensure they're fully recovered enough to withstand the pressure that your upper body has when massaging lovely.
I understand the risk of losing clients/money, but you could lose a lot more of you're not ready and hurt yourself babe, possibly voiding your aftercare too because you didn't listen to your surgeon.
I wish I could have told you yes babe, but for the good of your new boobs it really is best to wait. Xx

Cookie is right, it's not worth hurting yourself or possibly voiding your aftercare x

Hi Heidi I'm also a beauty therapist and had my op 3 and half months ago I had unders and even now am still real careful when massaging and I did struggle with massage until I was around 8 weeks post, although everyone is different I would def hold off until you see your surgeon then take it easy there after, you will know yourself if your doing too much :)

I had partials too, It's funny because right through from the start of my recovery it was never painful just uncomfortable however I found it a bit difficult with waxing at the start due to the movement of the arm I expect, I had 2 and half weeks off but have taken it easy since I went back I'm still not doing sports massage as I feel the pulling in my chest when I use too much pressure so I just do what I feel comfortable with, most treatments I'm fine with x
