EARLY DAYS

Hi All,

Im new to the forum and am loving the amount of info available. I am 6 days post op and love my new boobs EARLY DAYS 899188

I have been following all my instructions from the surgeon and feel fine! I went from a B cup to DD!

I just have 1 question, I took off my bra to have a look this morning and noticed 2 black marks through the dressings on my right breast (the bigger one) I just wondered whether these are my stitches and as I have only just noticed them is there anything to worry about.

I go for my post op check up in 4 days!

hey ya. after my op, i noticed that my steri-strip had gone dark, i could see it coming out the end of my dressing. it was dried blood....not bad tho, and everything was fine with it, when i had my dressing taken off 2 weeks later i was pleasently surprised. with out looking, its hard to say what yours is but if you worried at all, call your surgeon back up to ease your mind :) xx

This might sound silly but are you sure its not the pen that the surgeon draws on you with before the op. I had my dressings removed yesterday as 11 days post off and i could see black through mine and when it came off it was pen dots on the inside of the steri strip! it might not be hun but thats what happened to me x

Thanks girlies but my mum had a look n it was the end of my stitches n there was a lil bit of dried blood attached. So no need to panic.... I really can't wait to take my dressings off n stitches out!! Roll on the 2nd August Cheerleader
