hey ladies so i have had my boobs over 4 week now and i like how they look im just gutted i went too small. So im on a diet and they are getting smaller and smaller obviously they will stop as there is a implant but defo gutted i didnt be realistic about weight loss and needing bigger size. So if i managed to scrape money when could they do it usually

They'll appear bigger as they change in a couple of months. How did you come to the decision of 340, was it the biggest you were offered? and re-op usually after a year x

Re: how early can you have re op ??
well he said i have odd measurements coz off my chest height being small and my bwd is ok 12,5 so not narrow so thats what he offered at extra high but when i look at them they are very small in width and i think they look like little stuck on balls the more weight i loose but i cant not loose weight as i am un happy at 9 stone for me. So im am sure there must be some thing he can do

im in the same boat hun, i know they change over time but i don't see mine getting bigger at all. i harped on so much about wanting natural look as im petite and quite slim 6/8 on top so they look great for my frame...not in your face but i wanted them to be the same size as they were when i was breast feeding as they looked great!
after spending all this money it depresses me that im thinking about the next op.
did you discuss your want to Loose weight with your surgeon? you'd think they'd of factored that in but then maybe if you went too big and lost lots of weight you might of ended up with loose skin maybe on your breast? x

Re: how early can you have re op ??
katie im having 340cc as it was the biggest size offered to me, was that the biggest size offered toyou? what was your bra size pre and post op and what size did you say you wanted to be? Im 9 stone 4 and 5ft5 size 8/10 34a wanting to 34DD. I am worried it wont take me to a DD but was told a bigger size would not give me a natural look... x

Re: how early can you have re op ??
babe! you're ONLY 4 WEEKS POST OP !!. I know it's easier said but done but stop worrying seriously you are so early! it can take anything up to a year for unders to fully settle! and the average is around 3 - 6 months so you've got a long way to go. You say they're looking small because of weight loss but it's probably just because the swelling has gone down and they're starting to drop. Most surgeons won't do a re-op (unless medically necissary) until 12 months, so i'd try and put it out of your mind for a while and see how you feel about them at say 6 months post op because they will have changed loads by then and i'm sure you'll feel differently. Just try and stay positive xxxx

Re: how early can you have re op ??
I'd wait at least a year or more hun to allow your skin and your body time to recover.
But in saying that, you a month post-op hun which is nothing in terms of your recovery!!!! You still have sooooo many changes to do and trying to lose weight, well, if you're planning to lose a lot babe, you could do your new boobs more harm than good, creating a higher risk of rippling and making the implant visible, then if you were to gain weight again after losing a lot of weight you could then sag.
I know you might not feel like it now but your boobs right now are NOTHING like what the final result will be.
Nobody prepares you for the time it takes to start seeing results pre-op babe but it take MONTHS! Six months at least! You're still early recovery and could be suffering a touch of the booby blues hun which totally distorts any thoughts you might have and magnifies any concerns you have a hundred times over so please give it time babe before making any decisions. Xx

Re: how early can you have re op ??
yeh thank you peeps, its just i could deal with the size if they didnt look like far apart little balls .The problem i have is my BWD was 12.5 so i could of had a normal high profile fit easily and look good but coz of my height of chest being small i couldnt and had to go extra high profile .So they sit at a ok height on my chest but i feel the width accross is too short i cant win its so annoying. Its not much weight loss just under a stone but with swelling going they are really small balls . if my chest width accross was small they would look ok but its not its average. i dont even know what they could do if i did want a re op id face same dilema its just i saw one surgeon at transform and he was like u can have high profile thats fine then i saw another at spire a top surgeon with all credentials and he was like u cant have high u need extra high, so y do i feel i look a (naughty word) naked lol

Re: how early can you have re op ??
its crazy how the same size implants can give women completely different sizes post op. Im having 340cc high profile implants im hoping for DD but its hard to tell what it will give as some people on here ive heard go to a C/D/E sizes on here with that size implant so it varies greatly on people! You may very well drop and fluff over the next few months and appear bigger than you are currently, i wouldnt worry yet its very early days theres going to be alot of change over the next few months hun from everything ive read xxx

Re: how early can you have re op ??
Hey hun, like everyone has said, just give it time. I'll be 7 weeks post op on Tuesday and they change so much, I've gone from 34D to 34E to 32FF. A few weeks ago I thought mine looked a little on the small side and wondered if I should have pushed for bigger implants but tbh, they are way big enough for my frame and they have grown at an alarming rate! I had overs so the changes are probs quicker than unders but don't make any rash decisions, I bet you will be happy with them in time xx

Re: how early can you have re op ??
well if you ever did have a reop then a lower profile would give you a wider base so in theory make the gap smaller but its whether you'd be able to lower the profile. i have one high and one moderate and i have a big gap...like i can fit my 4 fingers between them! i feel if id has 2 moderates then it wouldn't look as bad.
it's so frustrating hun i know as we build a picture of what we expect them to be like and its so disheartening when what you see is not those perfect boobs you hoped for.
have you spoken to your surgeon? x

Re: how early can you have re op ??
Katie, a stone is a lot of weight for someone that doesn't have a lot to lose and of you need extra high I'm presuming you're pretty small already so this will have an impact on how your boobs are looking hun.
At first your boobs will look far apart for some of us. That's VERY normal lovely and as the changes occur over the next coming months and the rest of the swelling subsides, your boobs drop and settle and they soften up lots, your cleavage area does start to relax and come together.
Your final cleavage will never change, it will be the same post-op as it was pre-op. I have a pretty wide cleavage, but I personally like that as I think it makes them look a little more natural, but I can also get a pretty damn good bum cleavage too if I want to with the right bra.
So you have sooooooo much ahead of you right now lovely before getting yourself upset about boobs that are still very new.
I know along with pretty much all post-oppers here that patience when you're not feeling great about your boobs is bloody hard to take on board. But it really is what is going to help you get through your recovery hun and we're here for you anytime of you're still concerned babe.
You have your 6 week assessment coming up soon if you have one don't you? Or does your surgeon do a 3 month one? Either way, you'll be able to discuss this further with your surgeon then hun and he'll hopefully be able to put your mind at rest. Xx
