Starting to see small changes
Hi girl,
Starting to see small changes. Not much but something which is making me feel better.
When I first come out my shock absorber bra was too tight so I bought a 36DD. Yesterday I tried my other shock absorber bra which seems to fit nicely and is a 34DD. Today I measured myself and I measure a 32 back.
Some of this is swelling etc but for me any changes is better than no change.

Re: Starting to see small changes
Time really is so important when we're healing and you're right, its the 'little' changes along the way as time goes on that make all the difference, some changes you may not even recognise right now whilst in sports bras but when they've fully dropped and fluffed which does literally seem to happen overnight! Its such an amazing feeling.
I'm so glad to see you enjoying the changes babe - you have LOTS more to come!

Ooohh Lisagreen .....could that mean I may finally have my E cup lol
Your Cookie, I've been feeling so down about my boobs and a load of other things and its nice to feel positive about this. Plenty of more changes to come but I'm glad I've seen something lol

Nice to hear that your feel a bit more positive about your boobies Kenzie.
What is the normal time frame for dropping and fluffing? Or does it happen at a different time for everyone? x

I know sweetheart it can be so difficult to see past what you're seeing right at that moment in time no matter how many times people tell you about the positive changes that happen through your recovery and you're not alone. We mostly all do it its only when you actually start to see the changes for yourself that you can actually start to believe that things really are going to get better.
And this really is just the start lovely... They'll just get better...and better....and better :flowers:
Re: Starting to see small changes
Fab news hun, so happy for you, lots of changes to come and it's so reassuring when the little changes start as you can see a light at the end of the tunnel.

Re: Starting to see small changes
Thanks girls. .I went to Lakeside looking for sports bras. .
It seems 34 E fitted beautifully. The 32 was nice but the 34 looked a much better fit, so im told.
So that's cheered me up. Lol
