i know ive said this before but i am basicly flat chested would probably say i am a 32aa but i wear a 32a bra.my surgeon wats to put 230cc in and said i might fit into a small c but will probably be a b.she recons if i go any bigger i will get rippling and all that.she also wants to put them under the muscle.thing is i dont want to be paying 4k just to be a b.i like the fake look as long as there not too big.i want a big c small d.i am tiny thought i can sometimes get away with size 6 tops but most the time im size 8.ive had one kid so ive got all strech marks on my boobs.but the skin has been stretched before after i had my baby they went massive.but then sadly the went :(.she said its because of my skin on my cheast i havent got much and u would be able to feel or even see the implant.do u know what size i would have to have to get to a big c small d?also has anyone else been the same build and what size did u go?i am worrying so much about this!day and night.as ive already paid my deposit.and im getting it done the 11th may which is not long considering i booked it thursday.please help x xx thankyou x x x

I would say if you like the fake look tell your ps as alot of them prefer to do the natural look, maybe get a consult with Singh because he will put the biggest in without risking complications. 230 will look very natural because i have 275 and mine dont look fake on my petite frame x

i think if u had about 270/300cc u would def end up with a with d/dd bra but look a c let your surgeon know u like the fake look i to like fake look if she still will not give u any bigger change to another surgeon after all you are paying all that money and its alot and at end of the day its your happiness i think nads looks a c and she had 270 but if u wanna look like a small d i would def ask to go slighty bigger hope this helps your happiness is most important thing and if u dont mind looking fake i cant see any problem myself

Hi, I've got similar stats to you - I'm a 32AA, size 8 (or sometimes 6 in tight tops) - I've been recommended 180 / 220 for the same reasons as you've been given..

My surgeon said the potential for rippling (visible implant at the sides) is the reason I can't go too big - these are the factors that make rippling more likely:

a) skin is thin
b) skin is looser after pregnancy / breastfeeding
c) there is not much natural breast tissue to 'hide' the implant
d) implant is too big / wide for your frame / breastwidth.

I know it's a lot of money just to go to a B cup, but as you have a small frame already a small implant might look bigger on you if you see what I mean.

Good luck with it all, I know it's quite stressful deciding on size as I'm going through that now - but if you feel comfortable with a surgeon and trust them, I would take their advice as they will want the best result for you too x

hey there. in my first consult the biggest i was offered was 250cc which i knew i wouldn't of been happy with. then when i saw another surgeon he offered me 350/385 or 450 depending on the look i wanted. i took the 385cc's and i'm very happy with the result!!! 👍

i can only feel some rippling somtimes-can't see it at all. if i had the chance to do it all over again i would choose the same size implant+same surgeon as he gave me exactly what i asked for! i think a lot of that is down to the skill of my surgeon and great communication between us so that he knew without a doubt the result i was looking for!

Hi!!

I am so pleased you are trying to get this right before going ahead, it is a very important part of the process. I truly wish that I knew more than I did before having mine, I had'ent even seen anyone elses boobs Blush let alone know what cup sizes looked like. And, if I had found this forum it most cetainly would have been of tremendous benefit. I would if I were you have another consultation and take advice from the surgeons, that way you will know what is right for your body and what is right for you. Just remember size is not everything big or small... it is how the addition of them make you feel about yourself Flash Hug
