Hi I am asking this for my friend who is hoping to get her boobies done next month. She has her consultation tomorrow but would just like to get a rough idea of what size implant she would be after to go from 32/34B to 32/34DD od 32/34E?

Hey hun, hope this is of some help. I was a 32/b or 30 c i had 330 round high profile, and in Wonderbra strapless i am a DD, I really need to get it into gear and get measured somewhere else like la senza, cause when i went ages ago ( before my 6 weeks were up) they said underwired i would probobaly be a E. xo

I think the only person who can give her a real idea is going to be her suregon. While she maybe be starting out the same size as another girl and have the same implant size it does not mean they will end up the same size in the end. There are lots of girls on this forum who have had the same size but different factors for example skin thickness or the shape of their boobs have resulted in them being totally different bra sizes. x

A very rough guide is that every 150cc gives one cup size, but this is very rough and still depends on backsize as someone with a smaller back would need less to make them an E cup for example than someone who wore a 36 back. x

I am not sure, 410's could be a good idea, but I'm sure as long as she takes pics of boobs she likes with her to the consultation, s/he will be able to give her the look she is after.

I had my surgery last week, i was a 34 a in one breast and b in the other. My surgeon put a 330 implant (unders) in one breast and 360 in the smaller breast and obviously i am still swollen (but not alot) and i am in a size 34dd x

I think 410smight even get her a bit bigger than that. The best person to advise is the surgeon. I had 410's and went from a 32A to a 32E. xx

Pre op 1 boob was bigger than the other for me, I was 34b had 390 and 420 and am 34dd most of the time.

hey hunny, I was a full 34B and i am 1 month post op and had 525 overs high profile....i am only measuring a 34C-D sports bra (one boob is bigger than the other still) :-(

I asked for DD-E cup from my surgeon and he recommended 460's but just to be sure i asked for 525 to avoid disappointment. I am still waiting for the boob fairy but i would recomend always choose the bigger option if your surgeon offers you two sizes. :-) you dont want to feel disappointed! good luck though! xxx

Thanks Claire. I agree, always go for the biggest they offer. I was told I could have 525s but I said I wanted to go bigger than half a cup size (I have 410s at mo) so he said he would do 605s but there is a risk of rippling. Going to go with the 605s anyway.
I'm sure Ive read the boobs get bigger a few weeks/months down the line so just keep em moisturised and maybe the skin will stretch more to give you a bigger rack lol.

Toriloula I'm a 32b, 27 inc rib cage, 7st 10 lbs and 5'3. I have been told that 300 to 350 will take me to a full C/D cup and 420's would reach DD/E.

I'm wanting to be a full C/D cup. No bigger than a DD but i don't have any breast tissue because i breast feed to babies (limp and saggy). I think if you have more tissue then that will make a difference and take you up a cup size.

It does depend on your own body and the way your put together.

hi chicksville, i dont think that is true as i had alot of breast tissue and was a very full 34b but only measure a 34C sports bra and dont even look as big as the implant. I had 525 over high profile a month ago but i do think it depends on your build and rib cage size. xx

Well Im going for 605cc. I also breast fed 3 children so have saggy teabags lol. I have 410s at the min and I am only a 32C!! My advice is go as big as you can, better than regretting it and having to go for bigger later on
