how long until swelling went down?
Also did you have to go up a band size for the swelling or did you wear your normal band size sports bra?

I had to go up 2 band sizes to accommodate my swelling going from a 32 band to a 36!

If you're buying back fastening sports bras then bra expanders are a great idea to get through any unexpected swelling you may have.

My swelling took about 4 weeks to settle down babe, but my size never changed through recovery until I dropped and fluffed between 10 and 12 weeks. X
