Swelling!
Hi ladies,
Its 24 hours since I went down for my op, I'm now at home feeling alot better than I thought I would. However, the swelling is horrendous, I'm bursting out from everywhere, I am sat with two bags of frozen peas on my boobs, actually cant believe they are balancing on my big boobies, lol. Am I okay to hold them onto the sides of my boobs coz they are really swollen there too?
Also, how the hell do you remember to not reach for stuff or lift your arms up?? I keep forgetting I'm not supposed to do certain things, then I get a pain or hear a squelch and it reminds me Ive overstretched. Think I need my arms taping to my sides!

Hi Vickey, I know where your coming from, my incisions are the most painful bit too they are so sore, the co-codamol Ive been given helps to take the edge off the pain a bit x

Re: Swelling!
Haha! Absolutely! I'm trying so hard not to complain but it's nice to know I'm not the only one going through self-inflicted aches and pain x
