Nurse at pre op said to take arnica to help with bruising and swelling - i see brands make 2 types - 30 and 6?

Definitely 30. I took a week before and a week after and there's not a bruise in sight. V happy.

I am gonna get some today to help me... I took it pre op last time and the pain and bruising is way worse this time... probably shutting the gate before the horse has bolted but I will try anything to help now!
