Re: You wish you had been told beforehand.......
Ooooo I have a list! Lol
I'll use my first BA, because after that I researched so much and understood so much more, but for my first I was so naive and regret so much not having researched.
I wish I knew more about surgeons qualifications, their experience and memberships they were or could be part of.
I wish I understood what my surgery plan actually meant rather than just being happy to be told I CAN have boobs!
I wish I'd taken pictures to show my surgeon the look I wanted
I wish I'd placed more importance on my body rather than rushed into surgery
I wish I'd questioned the resulting size more and had at least some idea of how big my boobs might be from simply filling the empty skin after breast feeding.
I wish I'd gone home and thought about it more before booking
I wish I hadn't rushed
I wish I knew then what I know now lol. X

Most importantly I wish i knew how once youve paid your money how difficult it is to get a revision for problems.
I wish i didnt go into my BA thinking problems wouldnt happen to me, cus they do happen and no matter how good & qualified your surgeon may be it can happen to the best of us!

I wish I had know before....
Just how little I could for myself after my BA. I knew I would need someone with me for 24/48hrs afterwards but for the next week or so I still couldn't get in and out of bed, get comfy ie move pillows around, wash, cook. I relied so much on my parents and partner.
