I emailed aurora asking if there was anything else I should be doing pre op other than stopping smoking & showering with tea tree and was told I was fine and just needed to eat well and relax however i'm reading my new book, the good boob bible, which was written by surgeon and in it he recommends taking arnica for a week before & after so i don't know if i should take some or not ??

I took it and had pretty much no bruising but could have been coincidence, I'd just check with the clinic xx

how much should i take? the only stuff i can find online says "2 pillules every 2 hours for the first 6 doses, then 4 times daily for up to 5 days or until symptoms improve." and in the book my surgeon says "a daily dose"

mais what did you take? x

Usually it says on the bottle you buy how often to take the dose, which will be what you will need.

I just took it after op, but it was helpful I think!
