Which bras to buy?
Hi Ladies, I need help choosing which bras to get to take to hospital. I currently wear either 34 or 36 a and have got myself a M Macom and bought myself some cheapo sports bras in 34dd to try my riceboobs out in. Im having 410cc but not sure if these sized bras will be enough for hospital?

You need high impact sports bras, shock absorbers back fastening, or triumph back fastening ones and also marks and sparks front zip up high impact sports bras are the best for post op.mthey need high stability and cheapo asda/primark etc bras don't provide enough support early on x

Oooo I second that, I got an asda sports one after my first op, I wore it for like 30 mins before my boobs were aching really badly.
