Re: Unders or Overs?
I've got overs, they're natural enough for me. It's hard to say maybe get another consultation and go with the majority vote ? Xx

Re: Unders or Overs?
i was told at my consultation that if you can 'get away' with having overs then overs are your best bet. But i suppose its down to personal opinion on that. I have heard that overs tend to look more natural and u get better cleavage. x

Hello louise,
Thank you, have you had your op because i am looking at 310-320cc for a more natural loo. i am currently a 34A and would like to be a bigC/Small D xx

Re: Unders or Overs?
Both can look natural, but your surgeon will know what is best for your body type, shape etc. I am 5ft 6ins, and weigh 8st 11lb. And i an currently an A cup. I'm having 320cc anatomical unders. Everyone is different so I would defiantly go for a 3rd consultation.

Re: Unders or Overs?
I agree with mrsball lovely. A third consultation will help you as a decider with the majority opinion from the surgeons being the right one for you hun and and if you haven't seen a BAAPS/BAPRAS surgeon yet, then it would be a good idea to see a member of those associations also. X
Re: Unders or Overs?
I was offered both overs and unders but i'm going with unders as i was allowed a bigger implant as the muscle would offer more support and stop them from sagging as much. Everybody is different and there's a lot of factors to take in so i'd recommend a 3rd consultation, pref with a baaps/bapras surgeon if u can :) xx

Re: Unders or Overs?
You should always research any surgeon you're having a consultation with Kelly, checking out their qualifications on the GMC register ensuring the surgeon is on a specialist register for plastic surgery and if its a BAAPS/BAPRAS surgeon you're wanting you should also check on their websites too.
You'll find in the larger commercial clinics that their surgeons aren't BAAPS/BAPRAS members. Smaller clinics like MyBreast, Spire and of course surgeons own private clinics are were you'll find these surgeons babe.
BAAPS surgeons are fully qualified with the lowest qualification they need to apply for membership being FRCS. BAAPS members can't just be a member by choice. They are voted in by their peers and are mentored by senior surgeons and throughout their membership they are monitored to ensure you, the patient are getting the best that plastic surgery has to offer.
With a BAAPS/BAPRAS surgeon, you KNOW these surgeon are at the top of their game.
You can find a BAAPS surgeon in your area by looking HERE

Re: Unders or Overs?
You may find that one of these surgeons maybe able to give you an more in depth consulation and may make the argument for the placement your unsure of.
The big companies can be great and
Lots of ladies have been more than happy however, they see a lot of ladies and sometimes you may not get the desired time and attention, as the Pcc will cram in as many appointments as possible. Also their aftercare may differ.

Mr Traynor and Mr Mahdi are very good surgeons.... However, they aren't BAAPS/BAPRAS members with the constant monitoring to ensure they are constantly up to standard. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, the surgeons named are very competent, but.... It would always be advisable to have at least one consultation with a BAAPS/BAPRAS member, if only to see the difference in consultation. Its worth taking the time to see at least one babe before jumping in and making any decisions. Xx
Re: Unders or Overs?
Hi, I had my ba thirteen years ago by Mr Mahdi at Transform. He did a great job and I had no complications. I have been told since by other surgeons what a good job he did so just thought I'd reassure you a bit.

Re: Unders or Overs?
i had transform and sore dr borghini he said i could have anything but when i saw A BAPRAS surgeon how ever its spelt lol he sat down and told me that i couldnt go any bigger than 340 that i needed the highest profile and narrowest diameter to fit my chest .Im not saying dr borghini isnt good because alot have had him and hes done very good jobs but thats the difference in advice i went from one extreme to another. So do have a few consultations to see xxx
