Incisions weeping
Girls,
I'm nearly 4 weeks PO and everything healing well however my right incision is still ever so slightly weeping. It's not swollen or hurting but keep finding small yellow marks on the inside of my bras after wearing them. Is this normal or should I go see my ps? X x

Re: Incisions weeping
Cheers hun I've called the clinic and they think I may have infection or stitch not dissolving properly so going in tomorrow and they may put me on strong anti bios for a week or so. She said its normal and if going to happen does in 3rd week as your body is rid of antibiotics from the op so that would
Make sense. Thanks for your advice x x

Re: Incisions weeping
I never really asked however if I've got a problem I feel happy that they would see me and if anything goes wrong with the impant then I would be going straight back regardless of time as they'll have a duty of care if I'm not happy or problems. They are lovely that's though so am confident a year wouldn't just mean a year.
I'm wearing a 36D but think I'm actually a 34DD as that's what I got measured in m&s yesterday at Bluewater x x

Hope all goes well tomorrow Totty. Xx
Be aware girls that if your after is for one year only then as nice as they are you will be on your own after that year. Should you have any complications or problems after your one year of cover is up all hospital, surgeon, surgery and medical costs will be your own hun. This is what you signed up for lovely. Xx

Re: Incisions weeping
Cookie,
To be honest I never looked at aftercare and how long and never has it pointed out to me but at least I'm aware of it now. Ill ask them tomorrow re time lengths and see what they say, thanks for the heads up :0)
I'm hoping its not badly infected as doesn't hurt or there isn't loads of yellow stuff just a little which is causing concern. Will update you all though, thanks for your concern & help :0)
That bra is from primark, £7, love it, haven't with it though only to take a photo for my avi as know I'm not allowed to wear them for ages x x

Re: Incisions weeping
No worries hun. Just thought you should know that if you paid for a year then you won't get any longer than that, no matter how nice they seem to be. Cosmetic surgery is a business babe and just like with any other warrantee you might have when you purchase something. Once that runs out, they aren't going to spend money after that for care that isn't paid for. Xxx

Yeah you're right I don't know why I didn't look on it like that or think of that. Hey ho hopefully will have no problems after the year is up! They've been brilliant with post op care so far so can't fault them and am chuffed with my boobs so can't ask more than that I suppose x x
