I have my consultation booked with THG tomorrow and sultan hassan however my patient co-ordinater just rang to say she won't be there tomorrow but she will get in contact with me on Friday. Should I ask to see someone else instead?

The PCC doesn't really say a lot, she just sees you after you see the PS basically to see if you want to go ahead. If you do, she'll look at available dates etc. Sometimes you see her before you see the ps, but it's just going through the basics so it's not really necessary x

I didn't see my PCC once, I only saw my surgeon. I spoke to her over the phone and i was happy with that. The surgeon is the most important person (after you of course ;-) ) he's the one doing the surgery!

I agree the consultant is basically sales with a smile.
Surgeon is the most important person to meet.

The absence of your patient care co-ordinator has just saved you the time you would have wasted explaining the procedure you're wanting with someone who has absolutely no medical training whatsoever is only really capable of going through pricing with you as well as to keep you sweet hun, so you're not missing out on anything with her.

Your main focus should be on your surgeon hun and as you're seeing them anyway that's great. Xx
