Dont 2 much 2 soon
Hi,
Just thought I would post to let u all know that u really must take it easy. After 1 wk I was just about doing everything I would usually do (have only had overs - simplest op), & have hurt my left boobie. I felt it go when I stretched up to get something out of the cupboard (wine glass tho!). It has been really sore & I frightened myself that I might have done some damage. That was Fri night. Now sunday eve & I have been really really careful. Bit better know but can really feel it when I take SB off to change etc.
Just a word of warning - we might think we're fine but we're not!!
Take care girls,
S

Good advice hun. Sorry you have hurt yourself. Do things a little at a time. Take care.

That is so true chick, we think we're doing really well by getting on with normal things but we should be taking it easy. We've paid a lot of money for these little beauties (should I say big beauties!) and now's the time to look after them xxx

Great advice lovely. Its all too easy to go ahead and carry on as normal but things like this just show how easy it is to overdo it.

Re: Dont 2 much 2 soon
Yes very good advice hun. I was doing the same. 10 days after op (this Tues) I was hanging curtains and went Xmas shopping with hubby. Was sooooo tired by the time we got home and my boobies were really sore. Anyway, I ended up spending the whole of the next morning in bed, that's how awful I felt!
We think we can carry on as usual don't we, us being women!! But as someone said, we have paid a lot of money for our new assets so we have really got to look after them xxx
