if i dont wear a bra

hi all

some of you know my implants are being naughty and not really dropping but i got the go ahead to wear wires bath etc so..... if i didnt wear a sports bra all day would that help them drop or is that just a silly idea xx

What was the advice of your surgeon?....I wouldn't do anything without checking first just incase summat goes wrong or you invalidate your aftercare....no expert but I'd check first xxx

id definitely check with what your surgeon says hun, just send him an email and that way its in writing then.
I've got to say my surgeon said i didn't need to wear a sports bra and my boobs have been dropping faster than i expected! i had overs though so with unders it could be a different story. x

he said i dont need to wear a bra 24/7 anymore but didnt say how long i could not not wear one for

You can treat your boobs as you would your natural boobs now Tink.

When you're given the all clear as you have been if you don't want to wear a bra you don't have to hun - your choice. Xx

i walked about for an hourish last night with just a pj vest top on my boobs felt free lol still wearing a bra 99% of the time but xx

It's so funny I can't imagine wearing a bra, im still slightly concerned they are going to fall off but they get painful if I wear a vest top for too long. I think if u stick it out and Wear them bra less for long enough to get used to it, mixing it up as the surgeon suggests can't be a bad thing to help them on their way I would say? He wouldn't of said it otherwise xx

I am convinced that once I started sleeping on my side they got more squishy. Mine are starting to drop and I can now sleep on my font too. I wear a medium support sports bra to bed, one that pulls over your head. You could try that x

surgeon never said not wearing a bra wld help them drop but he has says i can do what i done pre BA

ive slept on my side from about day 15 and can sleep on my front too its great!!

i did email my surgeon and hexsays they will drop when theircready. cheely lol. xx

he did mention the use of one and this what he prefers over massaging but doesnt want t intervine unless needed so to wait around 4 weeks see him again xx
