I don't think so Hun? I'm getting closer to sleeping flat on my front lol, it's so much comfier. If your feeling achy maybe try not give them abit longer? But then again I don't know how you could stop yourself when you do it in your sleep? Lol xx

It won't damage them it'll just be uncomftBle that all. And they'll be more aches because of the pressure you're putting on them and squashing them. But you won't do any damage Hun x have you tried sleeping cuddling your v pillow ? X

Some surgeons get their patients to do it just after as proof they cant hurt them....all it may do over time is widen the pocket....which isn't a bad thing...it may actually help fight off CC...as the scar tissue gets widened not tighter...don't worry babe...all good xoxoxoxx (I am 3months PO with 750HP full unders silicone)

At a month post-op if you're comfortable with no aching, which you must be or you'd be woken up lol, you're fine hun. Your implants are more robust that you think!
I used to always sleep on my front but just can't anymore. I could after my first BA, but this time I feel like I'm rolling on a couple of footballs! Lol. Dunno why its different this time but it just no longer feels right. Xx
