Re: what type of lift
You've seemingly had a lift specifically tailored to you and your body without a specific name babe lol.
You've had a nipple lift, but you must have just had some excess skin underneath that required a little nip and tuck hence the horizontal scar in the breast crease. Xx

Re: what type of lift
Awwww you've definitely had one lovely (the nipple lift) I'm not entirely sure about the vertical in the crease, my suggestion was a mere guess as to why he might have done the incision there too, but maybe you could ask his reasons when you meet with him again, xx
Re: what type of lift
They use the crease incision to put the implant in. Like cookie said the nipple is the lift... Don't be surprised when the dressings come off if your nipples look puckered and strange.. I'm nearly 4 weeks now and mine are only just starting to look less like they've been in a car crash.
You may want to speak to your co-ordinator about getting the difference in procedures refunded. I think THG charge £500 for a nipple lift, I think the other lifts they probably charge more

Hmmm areola incisions for placing the implant could have been used seeing as the areola was opened up for the lift anyway and that would have saved further scarring from having the crease incision, it would have been unnecessary to do this to place the implant, his is why I suggested asking the reason for the crease incision also.
Re: what type of lift
I was meant to have a lollipop lift, but ended up with a donut lift instead. I have scars in the crease, this is where my surgeon put the implant through. It turns out there wasn't enough skin to justify the vertical scar after all. Of course they wouldn't know this until the implants are already in, they put the implants first, then do the lift. Some surgeons prefer to put implants through the crease, for instance it allows for the most accurate placement.

I think she said they put the implant through the crease on her original post??? I watched a video where a lady was having donut lift with implant through the incision and they couldn't do it.
Natalie- I wouldn't feel cheeky about asking they'd soon as for more money if it was more invasive!

Just around the areola Hun, very fine line not really very noticeable once healed depending how you as an individual heal.

Re: what type of lift
A benelli lift is also called a donut lift because the skin removed around the areola is donut shaped.
It doesn't do any harm asking about the discount, I don't know if you'll get one, if you don't ask you won't know though. I went with Mybreast, my lift was the same price regardless of the type of lift I got. There's another girl on here who had hers done at Mybreast shortly after mine, she had the lift around her nipples too to fix her tubular breast, same price as me too.

Ahhhh yes, didnt see that I know surgeons can fit implants whilst doing this sort of lift, but after reading further it seems to be a surgeons preference thing. Some prefer to do both through the same incision to avoid further scars, others prefer placing the implant in the breast crease.... Surgeons eh! They cause much confusion! Lol just noticed Natalie had a pretty big implant too which probably explains it
Natalie - its not going to hurt to ask lovely. MyBreast are pretty tight with prices though so don't be disappointed lovely if they do say no. Xx
