This is what he means......So in that bottom row of pictures, the pic on the left you can see the first line drawn is along the natural 'outline' of the breast as such and then they have bought the crease down. Otherwise the nipple would sit in the lower third and look 'low' My breast are pretty similar size etc as the ones top left, they are tight at the bottom apparently. I am going stir crazy! My boyfriend finds it hilarious the amount of time I spend thinking about boobs!!! I am still young, 30 and no children

Thaks mel! Yeah, I'm gonna be honest, I still stare at them all the time, and can't keep my hands off them
I should update that, I'm a DD, the only D that fits are full cup sports bras, and they're really tight, though good for running, but I can't wait to take them off or loosen them after. I couldn't fit in a D for regular bras, they give me the double boob look. DD in a 32 band size would look more like a C if you think about the norm being 36, though with the right bra I can add a cup size or two, which to me really is the best of both worlds since I don't always want that look, but it's great to have the option. I had underestimated how big they can look with the right bra and top the first time I wore a push-up bra, though I was very happy about this Keep in mind that I was an empty saggy C, so it was a matter of filling out baby damage. The same size implant can go a longer way in other circumstances as I have frequently seen on here.
Mandy is right, he is more of a shape man than a size man. This is one of the reasons I chose him. I didn't want to compromise shape for size, I told him shape was the most important element, though I don't think it would have been necessary to tell him this seeing as that's his approach anyway, lol.
You sound like you do need the third consultation. You won't regret going for the third, after I went for mine I felt so much better, it makes a huge difference xxx

melstar82 wrote:Thanks Katie & Kuruchullis. I use sound like a right moan bag!!! I do trust him. It's just making it more difficult as he said it's not quite as simple as just enlarging with anatomy etc, I must repeating myself!!! He said he might be able to lower the inframammary crease so my nipple doesn't sit in the lower third. Sorry girls. Think consultation number three is in order!!!
Mandy! How are you feeling! Has Simon been in to review you today? Are you happy?! I'm thinking a big YES!!! Did you still go with 300cc overs? I agree he does seem a 'look' man like you say. he told me not to get fixated on cup size and choose what gives me the 'look' I want, his words!!! haha. He is so lovely and patient though! Going to book another appointment monday. they are booking for April now which is when I was wanting to go ahead. Probably have to change that as i'm not quite ready :)
Hi babe! He's just left! Yeah I got my 300s. Love how they're looking already! I keep touching them and can't believe I've got fullness in the top of my boobs again, I hope I don't lose too much after the swelling goes!
How come you're not feeling ready hun? Is it the size thing?

Roxanne going to 100% book a third. They are a lovely size, I just want boobs! Not wanting huge. I can't imagine ever getting bored of looking at them!!! Check they're still there. Just natural! Thanks for listening, well reading! you're right, it's definitely different when you have had children, he must have to think about whole host of things thanks just going bigger! The fact he does reconstruction is really reassuring too, I know he's the best man for the 'job' haha :) He did say to me you have to compromise in something...either shape / size.
Yay, Mandy, so please for you :) So you'll be off home soon Did you have drains? if you don't mind me asking what size were you before? It's the things he said about my nipple sitting low because of the short distance between the crease and nipple. I am going to take some pictures and show him next time. So some pictures of what i'm worried about looking like, so what I really don't want. He did say he could take two size implants in and then see how much he could lower the crease. But he couldn't try two 'inside' otherwise you have to pay for 2 sets of implants. But I need to make the ultimate decision, so i'd say 300 and if he really thought i'd bee unhappy he would go lower. So give consent prior to surgery.

Yeah I've got drains, they've taken the vacuum off and I'm just waiting for them to come out. I thought I was a 32B but after reading on here, realised that bra didn't fit properly so used the fitting guide on here which showed me as a 28DD. Went off to boux avenue and tried sone bras on and the 30DD fitted lovely, hasten to add though, I certainly don't look like a 30DD 'should' look like. They were very deflated after having my little boy!

Re: Short lower pole...Double bubble. Help! Advice!
I have to add my friend was struggling to understand why I'd be
willing to have more scars for a lift, since she'd seen my pre baby boobs. Then I showed her my post baby ones, she
admitted that they really had changed appearance and shape and could understand why I wanted a lift. After my op my friends and my husband who'd seen my boobs before babies and post op all commented on how they now look like they used to again (plus the extra cup size yay). This was what I wanted. Withey did not see my pre baby boobs, I had no pictures of myself to show him, only my pre op post baby boobs, but he managed to make them the way they were again shape wise plus some

Re: Short lower pole...Double bubble. Help! Advice!
Hi lovely!
I may be a bit late on the advice with your post, I'm sure your PS may of suggested to you but I had the same problem and mine suggested a nipple lift to being my nipples higher and then out a larger implant in! I had 400cc under with a nipple lift to increase the distance and worked out amazing!! Might be a thought?
Hope you get an answer!!! Xx

Re: Short lower pole...Double bubble. Help! Advice!
I only just saw this thread, Melstar!! I would have answered so much earlier!! I'm glad you found me though! I do hope your consultation goes well for you tomorrow, and you get the advice and information you're looking for.
I'm feeling prett-ttty big here with my little 180/150s, and fitting into 34C, so I suppose it goes to show that a little can go a long way! (hoping its not all swelling!)
Also boobies can get bigger after dropping and fluffing 2 months down the line
anyway, tomorrow!

Re: Short lower pole...Double bubble. Help! Advice!
Saw the wonderful Simon Withey again today :) All my questions have been answered, feel 100% reassured. I took lots of photo's on my phone for him too see - of what I was worried about looking like / what I really didn't want. I had to take pics of my laptop screen! Not technically gifted! he said he will order 240cc & 270cc and we have agreed I can give him the ultimate decision to put in what looks best, most natural. Am happy to give him that responsibility! he's such a lovely man, cannot praise him enough for his patience!!! Going to get booked up for April, yay! X

Re: Short lower pole...Double bubble. Help! Advice!
Yey well done Melstar!! It sounds like you've been really sensible with your research and how you've approached the surgeon. I left the size to my surgeon in the end, too, and have been very happy with what he decided. As Simon Withey is so well thought of, I'm sure he will 100% make the right decision for you :)
SO EXCITING!!!!!!!
