Re: double bubble
Double bubble usually happens with unders if you have breast tissue and it can give the illusion of having two boobs at the crease.
Bottoming out I've had , it's where the implant falls out of the pocket at the bottom and it has a distinctive look. Eg. The nipple to high on the breast mound. The scar on the actual breast were the implant has dropped below the crease internally.
X makes the boobs look odd.

Re: double bubble
Of course not Hun, no it was all included in my aftercare. Only thing I paid for was bigger implant as nothing was actually Wong with the implant but revision surgery was free.
I had 380cc 1st time hunny took me from aaa/AA to a d , so I'm sure you'll achieve your c cup Hun x

Re: double bubble
Have a look at these diagrams sweetness
With double bubble you can see a bludgeon on the underside of the breast
With bottoming out the implant drops, lengthening the bottom of the breast, so you have a lot more breast at the bottom than you do the top. Xx

MrsB, can I just ask you a question? I don't really understand this revision surgery term... you had it when you had no problem and wanted a different size? Is that right? Can anyone have this then or does it depend which company you went with? Not that I wanna change mine yet, just curious :) xx

Re: double bubble
After seeing this diagram I am now even more convinced I have DB.
Is this normally noticeable from very early on ?? Nurse said it was just swelling and nthing to worry about. I'm nearly 3 weeks and not due to see surgeon until week 12, think Im going to request to see him early.
Also if it is DB how is it corrected ?

Re: double bubble
You're far too early to tell yet Jo. Boobs can often get a little bulge at the bottom in the early days as the implant is being held.
I wouldn't rush out to see your surgeon hun and if it is double bubble there's no risk to your health at all so I wouldn't panic lovely.
Wait till you go to your 12 week appointment. Your boobs will have changed so much by then lovely and IF it is double bubble you have, you surgeon may consider changing your implants to going over the muscle. Xx

Re: double bubble
Cookie, I think its just stuck in my head that somethings wrong, so making myself para. Once I upload some pics would you take a look for me? My OH has said he can now see what I am talking about but thinks Im over scrutinizing it, and to be honest I probably am.

Re: double bubble
I don't mind taking a look lovely, but it is common for the implant to possible be held for a while as the skin relaxes with you being so early, so when the muscle finally relaxes it will fill the bottom of the breast for you.
Honestly lovely... Time really is going to make such a big difference to your boobs hun and just 18 days post-op your really are VERY early.
But I will be very happy to take a look for you gorgeous, just send me a PM when you're ready xx
