What is double bubble?! Empty What is double bubble?!

Hi girls..

Just wondering what is meant by the term double bubble? I am not sure whether overs or unders will be better on me (seeing surgeon on Wed) Feel as tho my breasts are quite deflated with a little bit of loose skin but a good amount of tissue...For some reason I got in my head I wanted unders - i think from readin info online which seems to heavily promote unders rather than overs...I guess im worried that overs may sag badly? Has anyone found this?

Anyway to the point...am i right in thinking double bubble is when someone with saggyish boobs gets unders and the implant looks seperate from the boob?!What is double bubble?! 751387

Your surgeon would be best to suggest what placement would be best for you. Yes double bubble can occur when someone has unders and the breast tissue sits lower than the implant. Although unders can be possible for someone with some sag, especially if they have a lift too.
