All clear woohoo
Just been to see mr Johnson and he was so pleased with the results, he had to put his glasses in to see the incisions, haha!! He says he doesn't need to see me for 6 months but any concerns make sure I go see him whenever and if I feel I need to then go see him maybe 3 months.
One more week until I have the ok to have spray tans, I thought I would of had to wait ages but he says its fine there at no risk of infection
I can sleep on my side and start non vigorous exercising, he's even taken measurements and said they won't drop now any more and I'm ok to get measured (I've got no swelling at all) for bras.
Ladies in your lead up to BA its soo important to eat really healthy, don't smoke and don't over do the drink, keep your skin moist it helps loads, he's told me everything i did before has helped with my really good recovery!! Xx

Re: All clear woohoo
They're so comfy though the only annoying thing is you can't hide them too well under tops, especially for work xx

Re: All clear woohoo
I didn't think eating healthy would make that much difference....probably me being not naive. My diet isn't too bad but I'll def be even better!! Your avi looks great, can't believe you are not wearing wires...where did you get the bra from?

Diet makes a big difference hun. Especially increasing your protien intake as protein does help promote healing, but not on its own, you need a well balanced diet alongside it to get the best from your healing. So the better you eat, the better your chances are of having a good recovery. Xx
