10 weeks...all clear!
Hi girls!
I'm 10 weeks post op now and despite the pain and worry in the beginning, I am loving my boobs. I had my 10 week follow up appointment with my surgeon yesterday and he's very happy! He said there is still a lot of dropping and fluffing yet to do and that my scars are quite red so suggests that there is still a lot of healing going on but he's confident, in time, that everything will settle! He has told me I can wear normal bras now which I am so relieved about and super excited to get shopping! I went out quickly to get one after my appointment (see avi) and am absolutely loving having boobs to fill a bra!!
So girls, even though you pre-oppers are nervous and you post-oppers are in pain, keep with it, try to see it as a big picture and you'll be happy eventually too! Always here to answer any questions if anyone has any. I had my op done in spire Cardiff and would recommend them to anyone!!
Xx

That's lovely to hear how happy you are with your boobies! Avi looks great! Makes me feel happier too knowing that I'll get there too, I'm only 2 weeks post op and still in pain with one boob and not doing much, so feel quite frustrated. Cannot wait to be in normal bras too (and fill them!) Xx

Re: 10 weeks...all clear!
Thanks girls! It's hard to believe I was once an A cup! Best decision I've ever made and money well well spent. Thanks Anne, I've missed the forum but am getting married in 3 months so have been rather distracted with wedding planning etc, great to be back though and will keep popping on! Best of luck girlies. The build up can be a terrifying but exciting time. I won't lie, I did find the immediate post op period quite painful but looking back it didn't last long and it was so so worth it. I would just say try not to obsess over every little thing because that, combined with being less busy, can make you go insane!! Give it time and you'll have the boobies you love! Hannah x

They look fab! It meant alot to read that post as I am definitely in the 'nervous overthinking' stage! I am going for my first consultation tomorrow and a mix of nerves and excitement!
Congrats on the wedding and good luck :) x
