Being silly and worrying about CC... Empty Being silly and worrying about CC...

Post by zebra1984 15th January 2013, 10:02 am

I watched a show last night on channel 5 about botched up surgeries and one lady had CC... which then got me googling to read up on it...

Now, I am 4 months PO today and feel my boobs are still too hard! I know some people progress slower but I find it weird when I read about ladies being like 4 weeks PO softening up! I know I am prolly being a worry wart but I read the first sign of it is simply just firm boobs so after I read that I started panicking sad smile

Is it possible to have signs so soon or am I just being a panickier?!

Agreed with tink google is BAD.. I learnt this from starting out with the boobie journey, herd 1 thing about pips a few years ago and stopped my research. I'm only 5 days and I've had a super recovery so far but this morning my right one is rock solid after both being so soft I'm guessing its something that's going to happen on/off for a good 6 months or so? Capsular Contracture is a complication that can happen to any of us having implants at any time whilst they're implanted in our bodies.

At your stage though sweetheart, your firm boobs are completely normal and not related to CC... If you had pain and saw your breast rising on your body or any sort of distortion then I think you'd have reason for concern, but other than firmness your boobs are fine hun so all normal for the stage of recovery you're at now.
