I'm so itchy on my back where the bra is tight, it's driving me crazy. panic Also my incisions are starting to itch but I know this is a good sign.

Do you have a bra expander Vickey if you feel your bra is so tight its causing you discomfort?

If you don't and feel you need that little extra room a little tip is to cut the fastening from an old bra and attach it to the one you're wearing. It acts just as well as an expander :thumbs:

I have 2 expanders on now! It still feels supportive so I hope it's ok
Hopefully getting a bigger bra tomo.
What a great idea cutting the old bras up I would never have thought that x
