Itchy
So under my left breast is constantly itchy is it just as wounds healing ? Anything I can do to reduce it ? X

Yeah... Its just the tissue starting to heal babe and the nerve endings causing the itch sensation.
Try some piriton hun. That usually helps. Xx

Thank you I will try it , it's mainly the left one but I'm starting to be driven mad by it x

Oh the itchyness drove me crazy!! As cookie says try an antihistamine and maybe a cotton pad in your sports bra, that stops the rubbing which makes the itching worse xx

I'm not in a bra I'm only in chest bands :( how long does it normally last for I'm trying to do it without drugs , Ice packs can sometimes help x

Anything from a day to weeks babe. Its not something you can put a timescale on because we're all different and our healing, although similar will always be different to anybody else's.
Piriton is only an anti-histamine. You can get non-drowsy ones too. So it may be worth taking those if the itchiness is that bad hun. Just to get you through the worst. Xx

I've had it for 3 days :( hopefully it goes soon :( il see what my one is in the cupboard if mon drowsy il give it a try as it was disturbing my sleep last night xx
