Re: March Buddies
That's the same as mine angie, she told me I'm not even allowed to use soap on them until I've had my 6 week check x

I didn't see the PS it was the nurse. She said non fragranced moisturiser but now I'm worrying that I shouldn't be after what everyone else has been told!
Lisa - I used to wear a 32a xx

I bought one of these today but it's super tight. Is that supposed to be the case?x

Re: March Buddies
I just found the M&S one on sale£15 instead of £22.50.-white one though. I've reserved one for store collection for Sunday, though I've found a back size bigger. So look online on M&S sale, also M&S outlet has a purple one for 14, plenty of sizes :-D xx

I think my ps recommends nothing for 6 weeks. He's very strict about no water for 2 weeks because of the risk of infection so I'll be interested to hear what he says about oils etc.

Re: March Buddies
She said I could shower as well. Think I might leave the moisturising another week or so though. Perhaps my surgeon uses a different kind of stitch or something xx

Angie - yep I got the one in the sale too, just got the wrong size lol! Going to go back and change it on Sunday. They are really tight but think next size up should be ok. x

Re: March Buddies

Re: March Buddies
Out of my bandage at last! The nurse suggested 32C or D based on looking at my boobs (with a tape measure suggests I'm 30DD). I tried these on but they didn't fit so I got a 34D and 32DD but didn't try them on as was feeling really uncomfortable and wanted to get home (plus there was a mega queue for the changing rooms). Neither of these fit so guessing I need a 34E. Don't want to spend too much tho as I think they may be swollen at the moment. Lol I'm soooo confused!xx

Yes!!! So excited!!! It would be really cool if I found someone here who's going to the same hospital on the same day, might make all those hours of waiting (I assume) a little less daunting xx

yeah, tried the macom on and it seems great, really supportive but also very stretchy :) if the support bra they give me is decent then i might not get anymore but will wait and see, the macom comes up quite high so will need something that'll be easier to hide under clothes once i'm back to the daily grind! x
i am SO excited !!! no where near as nervous as i thought i'd be either, still nervous bout the GA but getting more excited with every day!! it's come round so quick !!hannahp123 wrote:Guys! You're both so close to the big day! How exciting!x

Re: March Buddies
Good thing we're doing this when it's still cold eh? Otherwise hiding those sexy looking bras and inflated boobies would be a harder task!! lol
I'm just excited, not nervous really-yet, though I'm naturally ressistant to everything (couldn't get drunk when I tried, was screaming whilst sedated and my hair wouldn't take a perm!!! looool ) so I do worry the GA might not work on me eeek lol
I'm at Highgate :-). How about u? x
