Re: March Buddies
Every company does different pre ops. I think they just test my urine for pregnancy cos I had to tick a box consenting to a preg test being done. I remember one girl on here didn't have to have a pre op assessment at all x

Re: March Buddies
cheers hannahp.
What did you measure pre-BA? And what are you aiming for? I do my final measure next week and it's between 250 and 290..

newboobz wrote:Congrats Hannah! Cupcake - none of the revisions are for serious or complicated issues xx
Maybe not to you newboobz they are not complicated or serious. But revisions are very real & i went into my BA naieve thinking Id be one of the lucky ones. But when youve paid 5k in your own hard earned savings and then you get complications and problems and you have to fight to get them fixed (because the free part doesnt come easy) its actually very complicated. A revision is a revision.

yes hun, i understand what you are saying. I didn't mean to trivialisecomplications at all, i meant that the pending revisions were not for serious health issues i.e. life threatening but yes a revision is a serious matter and i didn't mean to upset/offend anyone with my poor choice of wording xx

Hi girls, my surgery date has now been moved to the 19th March due to ma mix up with dates. Am pleased but also stressing as I haven't bought anything yet. Will have to get a bra ordered today and go shopping for pj's and v pillow.

Re: March Buddies
Be warned though they are extending the hospital.... Although you don't hear any noise, it doesn't look particularly welcoming!! If I had known I would have tried to get a bit more knocked off the cost lol x x

It's only the outside, the inside is nice and clean and tidy. How comes your a day case? I wasn't given the choice to go home the same day, mind you I loved the peace and quiet x

Re: March Buddies
I'm with MYA for a BA, they said most BAs are day cases, did u have another procedure done? Or maybe it's the clinic's policy... Most of the other clinics I've seen also suggested day case :) x
