Sports bra too small
Ive been wearing shock absorber today and ive got marks diagonally across my boobs and reddish round the band. Is this just where the bits of the bra indents or could it be the band or cup too small or both?
And could this do any harm to boobs or incisions for another 24 hours. Xx

Re: Sports bra too small
I did ask for help when I bought it a few days post op and woman said it fit although she made me feel like an idiot and didn't seem to know too much what she was talking about. But its been like it from the start which is why I hardly wear it. xx

My shock absorber is the same, but I feel like my boobs are held in place better with it than my other sports bras....x

Re: Sports bra too small
I think everybody is the same a lot of us didn't have much before so wore the wrong size bras so to all of a sudden be filling cups especially a high impact sports bra it's going to leave marks from the seams. I was worried at first but I'm used to seeing my band and cup marks now lol it'll prob be better once were wearing normal bras, those sports bras are meant to hold everything in place nice and tight I think xx

Yes, that makes sense...I know I was wearing the wrong size, but I never got measured because I was too embarrassed by how small they were! Can't wait to get measured now! Lol! Thanks. X

Re: Sports bra too small
I wore massive bras lol massive padded ones which were ok under clothes but constantly rode up over my nipples and hung down if I bent over so it's a shock to the body to be wearing these tight sports bras I felt suffocated at first now I enjoy the support !! Xx
