Bras for bed ????
Hi everyone
Hope you all had a great New Year's Eve ?
I just wondered if you all wore bras for bed ?? I'm 14 weeks post op and I still do also only just been able to start sleeping on my side again !! Don't think I will ever sleep on my front again I would worry that they would burst lol x

Re: Bras for bed ????
I can sleep on my front if I want to but I can't honestly say its comfortable for me anymore and I was always a front sleeper. It was fine after my 1st surgery when the skin was looser, but after my second after the lift with my skin being nice and tight now its just not as comfy.
I ALWAYS wear my sportsbra for bed (with a few nights off ) I also use a KUSH and keep up with my nightly moisturising to help keep them as supple and supported as possible so that I can hopefully maintain them for longer and put of the sagging process. Xx

I would babe. It keeps your skin supple and the more moisture your skin keeps the better it will be so will help deter the ageing process and and and sagging. Xx
Re: Bras for bed ????
Right will do hunni , don't want them sagging for a while lol xx

Ooer that's odd looking! Does it actually work though? I am a side sleeper...would you recommend it then Cookie? Looks like she is sleeping with a vibrator between her boobs x

Re: Bras for bed ????
I haven't tried sleeping with augmented boobs over a period of any substantial time to be able to tell you if there's a difference hun. All I can say is that my boobs are still as perky 3 years on and look great. I do contribute that to the care I give them though. At my age they are very much at risk at sagging and mine haven't budged an inch! Nor do I have any wrinkling on my chest that women with larger boobs can get as the weight of their boobs flop over and create wrinkles, so no matter what it looks like, its good for me and seems to work for me. Xx
