Consultation went well..

So I've just got back from my consultation at Transform in Birmingham. Met with Mr Paul Clarke and a patient co-ordinator (Becky). Found the whole experience very exciting and feel I'm finally on the road to boobies lol..

I'm 5ft5 (nearly 5ft6) and weigh around 10st, Mr Clarke suggested I have 365cc implants over the muscle to achieve my desired 34D/34DD... I'm currently a small 34B. I tried on the 310cc and definitely prefered the 365..

I thought he would say unders for me as I feel I have little breast tissue but he said that I would get a natural look all the same with overs because I have just enough tissue!

Just waiting to hear back from Becky now to see what she can do with the price, hopefully get some discount as I really like Mr Clarke! He seemed very professional and to the point but very friendly.

Has anyone got similar stats to me that had 365 overs that could enlighten me to what size they achieved?! I really want at least a full D cup!

Glad you had such a positive experience Sian don't agree to any prices just yet! If she calls tell her you're having another consultation before making any decisions with the Harley medical group. I know you're not np but just say it. Then call her back say on Wednesday with an even lower price than the one she offered and tell her you really liked Paul and if she can match your lower price which is what the Harley med group offered you then you're happy to proceed (if this is what you actually want to do) you definitely get an even lower price this way xx

Thanks Cookie, will defo be taking that on board! She said she should be able to sort some discount but will let me know so I will definitely do as you suggested! I just hope 365 is big enough, I really thought he'd suggest unders but he said overs would be fine for me! Xx

Ah have you not met with him yet then? He was lovely, happy to answer any questions I had and not rushed at all! Even drew me a little diagram to show me how the procedure works lol

No I haven't met him yet, he only comes to Newcastle once a month and last month I was working away so didn't get to see him...i've been waiting like 10 weeks haha

So have you seen any other surgeons? Are you happy he's suggested overs rather than unders? xx

I've not met any others as I was recommended him from a friend. I'm quite happy with his recomendations. I've got a couple of friends who've had unders (including the one who had Mr Clarke) but I've also got a friend who had overs and she was closer in size to me to begin with and hers look fab - although not with Mr Clarke. I've read on here a couple of stories from girls who've had overs with Mr Clarke though and they seem happy. I guess we have to listen to the expert after all! And less healing time apparently?!

Yes definately - I saw a surgeon (also with Transform), he was really nice and seemed to really know what he was talking about, and he was happy to answer any questions I had, and he offered me 365cc unders. He said he would want to go any bigger as I have assymmetry and he said it could look more obvious if i went to big though. I thought I'd be offered overs as I'm now a 32b and I thought i woul dhave enough breast tissue, but like you say, they're the experts :) I've heard Mr Clarke prefers doing overs, so it'll be interesting to hear what he reccommends.

Hi Hunni, Iv had 525cc overs from a 34b and im 5ft 5 too. (had just enough breast tissue for overs, only just tho!!) Im currently bursting out of a 34E!! Waiting to get measured in a few weeks (can't wait!)

I love the look of my overs and the recovery is a lot easier too apparently.

Yeah you'll definitely have to let me know what he recommends! I'm hoping for a large D/DD! Its so hard to tell though, Mr Clarke said he wouldn't like to say I'd get a D but as I already have a little tissue and a good shape to begin with, a 365 high profile should give me a couple cup sizes so fingers crossed! I'm so impatient I just want big boobies now lol!

Yeah that's what Mr Mahdi said to me, that 365cc should take me up 2/3 cups sizes, because he was counting me from a b to an e xx

Yeah, gonna have to wait until April which seems like a lifetime right now haha but need to get it all sorted as I have to book time off work well in advance! When did you want yours doing?xx

I'm sure it will go so fast for you though, especially with you havening to plan everything :) How long have you been planning it?

I'm hoping to get have my BA in January or February (fingers crossed for a later space), need to sort some holidays and things out but obviously can't do that until I have finalised a date. I've been planning it for like, 3 years lol just because of having to save...nearly there now though hopefully :) xxx

I decided I wanted them doing for definite around a year ago, though I've been thinking about it since teen years as my boobs never got any bigger! But now I'm in a good place financially I can make it a reality, its just frustrating that the only suitable time for me is April because of uni and holidays at work but hey ho gives me chance to prepare and get things right!

It'll be worth it hun, I bet you can't wait until April! Like Cookie says though, at least it gives you plenty of time to research and maybe even see a couple of other surgeons if you need to...it's alot better than rushing into it! :) :thumbs:

Having a ba never even occurred to me until about 3 years ago when I was really upset about my boobs, I thought they were just for glamour models lol xx
