Sickness on Arnica?h
Hello ladies,
So, I've got my BA on Saturday and decided to start taking my arnica today. All was fine until after lunch when I started feeling nauseous and have now just thrown up 3 times and have stomach cramps. Thinking it is probably the arnica, but wondered if anyone else has had this problem?
I had taken 2 pills after breakfast and 2 more just before lunch.
Thanks

I don't think it's the arnica babe at its only a homeopathic pellet. It's more Likey you have the norovirus sickness bug that really doing the rounds :-( x

Has your clinic instructed you to take Arnica Jenny?
If they have and you suspect it's making you feel I'll then best to just give them a quick ring and ask for their advice babe seeing as your op is so soon.
If not and you feel it's that, then I'd just stop taking it babe. There's non evidence to support whether it works hun and we've seen many women some using it, some not come through here with all the same healing. Some take longer with Arnica and some are great! And the exact same can be said with not using it... So its not worth the worry hun. Unless you've been instructed to take it by your surgeon I'd personally stop taking it and see how you get on. Xx

Re: Sickness on Arnica?h
I started taking Arnica a few days before my BA and have recently stopped taking it and had no issues with it. I can't say if it did anything for me because I was taking it the whole time, but I think it did since I healed pretty well and had basically no bruising. But definitely call your surgeon and ask if that would be okay to take, like Cookie said.

Thanks for your responses. Whatever it was I am feeling better now, not fully recovered but not nauseous anymore. I've stopped taking the pills for now and will call my surgeon tomorrow.

It could also just be anxiety about Saturday Jenny. I felt quite nauseous, had stomach cramps and unable to eat a few days prior to surgery because I was so excited and anxious x
