Hey girls,

I'm booked for Jan 23rd at the wellbeck hospital in London. Very excited & still flapping about sizes!!!
Cookie can you help? I don't want to be huge but equally don't want to go through this for not a lot of gain. I went back to my ps & he was lovely. Tried on the 380cc again, but thinking about it I think I would be better off going for the 345 and 365 as my boyfriend pointed out its better to wish to had gone bigger than smaller. My friend all said the same if I turn out slightly smaller then expected one in a decent bra ill be able to push them up but wouldn't be able to make them smaller.

I personally think your boyfriend and friends are guiding you very sensibly lovely. What you also should take into account is 'the bigger the implant, the higher the risk of complication' so choosing an implant that going to give you the 'look' you're after rather than the 'size' you're after and give you the least risk of complication is the best way to go lovely.

If you can, I'd very much advise you arrange another consultation with your surgeon before surgery. It's amazing how much comfort and reassurance a last consultation can give and especially because you have the opportunity to go through sizing again, which is a concern many girls have before their op.

Taking a pic in with you of the look you're hoping to achieve helps lots too. Your surgeon doesn't work in cup sizes, they work in volume(CCs) so seeing what you want rather than guessing a cup size is the best way for you to be be reading from the same page and knowing exactly what it is you want and how many CCs it might take to achieve this.

I had my surgery at the wellbeck in London , although not with mr khan. Are you a day case or overnight? It's a nice hospital all the staff are lovely. X

I'm booked in for the 8th January with Mr Clarke, for 365cc overs (if he can squeeze them in!)

I'm so excited, not at all nervous, I just cant wait for the day. It's something I've wanted to do for such a long time, but having no money and having a (now ex) partner who didn't want me to get them done, it was put on the back burner.

I now have a fab boyfriend and have saved up enough money so it's on!!!

Hi girls, haven't been on here for a while, I'm booked in to have my 3rd ba on the 18th jan at thg with mr hassan, it will be my second revision to correct symmastia and bottoming out, also scar revision. Iv currently got 340's (I think !!) unders, he's hopfully going to make them overs if my skin will allow !! If not he'll put them in between the muscle, all to create a new pocket to stop the bottoming out and symmastia !! I hope he can put a slightly larger implant in as my first ones I had 410hp and I loved the size, but if not he'll stick with the 340's :( x

Two more weeks for me!! Booked for 15th Jan with Mr S' Hamilton in St johns &Elizabeth Hospital...it's'weird but after being so excited with the consultations etc now im shockingly relaxed, just waiting to get it over with and have finally nice boobs!
