Oh hunni, I don't know but I'd definitely want to meet with the surgeon ASAP and make sure you like him and that you're comfortable. It's really important that you see eye to eye.

Re: new surgeon
Agree, have they said you will have a consultation with him before? You want to make sure he knows what you want in detail and that you've spent enough time talking so that you know if you want him to do your op.
Different surgeons have different preferences on sizing, placements, profiles and types of implants so this surgeon could recommend something completely different that you may not want xx

Hi Hunni, I was offered Mr Chew but i ended up getting my first consultation with Mr Kuna and going with him. Who was ur first consultation with? My ps seemed to recommend them all equally but deffo the best idea to get a consultation with him asap and then make your mind up so u feel informed and comfortable with everythign...then u can get all excited!! x

Re: new surgeon
I think you should do your research on him lovely. Check his qualifications on the 'GMC register' ensuring he is a specialist register for plastic surgery. Also use google to check for any previous patients reviews hun.
If after all that if you aren't happy then don't feel you have to have surgery with this surgeon or to have the date hun. Transform are at blame here so they have to accommodate you, so if you'd rather take some time to get a list of surgeons working in your area, research those yourself choose your own surgeon and get another date for as soon as possible, but with enough time for you to have another consultation and possibly feel better about your decision rather than maybe feeling rushed into one.
Just be sure you're happy and confident sweetness. Xx

Re: new surgeon
Thanks everyone I have a consultation with him on the 12th dec so will take it from there, I have a friend that just recently had him so that's promising, this will be the 3rd surgeon I've seen from transform, I originally wanted mr kuna to do my opp but he not working over Xmas and this was when my husband had time off to look after the kids, hopefully all goes well with consultation and I'm happy with him as had my mind set on the end of dec and was getting myself all prepared :)

Hiya I personally did'nt have Ben Chew but have seen a lot of good reviews on him. As well as doing private surgery he holds a consultant post within the NHS at Canniesburn specialist plastic surgery unit at Glasgow royal infirmary specialising in breast and facial plastic surgery, breast reconstruction, microsurgery and minimising scaring techniques so think you'd be in safe hands for your surgery .
