Ok this might be on here somewhere but can't see it.

As you know i'm having overs what are the outcomes of the op.

For example: With overs do you get side boobage or not? Big gap between boobs or small gap? etc etc

Do you know what I mean??

Hiya Jem

I had overs and im really pleased with mine so far, although i had a much smaller implant than what you will be having. I havnt got any side boobage! :( but theres no gap between my boobs so i practically get a bum clevage lol there also really soft after only 2 months and have took on quiet a natural slope, the only time they look quiet round is if i lift my arms above my head which i can deal with!.

Roxys had closer the same size as your having so looking at her pics may give you a better idea of your outcome, i think your going to get a great result from 350s though.

I had overs as you know, I have a bit of side boob when I have tight tops on which I quite look, but not to much that it looks un-natural. I get a great cleavage like the others, mine are close together like most overs, regardless of what bra I have on they are permanently squashed together. Ive seen unders that look fake so wouldnt worry to much about that with oversm(if thats a concern) I have a natural slope, unless Iv yanked they right up. Some people actually think Iv had unders.

I think the side boobage will depend on the width/projection of implant you have. I had 385 high profile overs and have a nice amount of side boobage. I would say that without a bra I have about a 2 finger gap between my boobs, but with a push up or plunge bra I get really good cleavage. I'm 3 and a half month post op and my boobs are soft and bouncy! Boobs

It's weird. I'm not too concerned about them looking too fake cos let's face it they are LOL.

I haven't got a cleavage at the mo but don't think I really want a bum cleavage. I quite like the space in between look. I'd really like them to have fullness at the top as that's what I'm struggling with now and some side boobage too.

So to sum up I'd like fuller boobs with side boobage not too much of a cleavage but be able to have one. LOL. Don't want much do I.

The good thing with overs is you can normally achive both looks like nat said either fake or natural with the right bra.

Its your actual implant that decides whether you get side boobage or not, and the gap is determined by how close together your real boobs are.. Moderate profiles create a smaller gap as they are wider also more likely to give side boobage as is having an implant wider than your breast width x

Yup that's it.

I'm having high profile so the width is a lot smaller than usual.

High profile is where the implant projects outwards more than medium or low.

Jemmy think the side boobage def depends on width of implant - the more side boob u want, the wider you need to go (but with high profile you will go up in volume everywhere as u go wider). Do u know your breast width?

I don't know my breast width but I'm assuming it's not that big if he's suggested high profile for me.
