Re: Sleeping???
Sleep raised for a week or two only head above chest, as it helps the swelling and morning boob! X

Re: Sleeping???
Agree with all the girls lovely. You need to help your body to get rid of that swelling and the only way to do that is sleep with your head and shoulders above your chest. Xx
Re: Sleeping???
I slept on my back propped up for about a week and a half but most days I slipped right down onto my back, lol! I can now sleep on my side xx

Re: Sleeping???
I tried sleeping on my side for the first time last night, but still kinda propped up a little with my v pillow. I think it worked cos I can't remember waking up until the morning! x

Re: Sleeping???
Lol Zebra , think I might just get one :) My husband moans at the minute as I sleep with pillows in a v shape and he says he cannot get near me lol so I guess he will not approve ;-)
I'm jell that you can sleep on your side already , it just feels too uncomfortable for me, also I'm suffering with shooting pains really bad these past few days !! It's weird as thought I was back to normal then these start. Hope your doing ok ? Xx

The backache has been the worst for me, but it's kind of hard to avoid when we have to be propped up in bed for the first little while. I have found the heating packs or hot water bottles like Cookie suggested have made a huge difference for me while sleeping and just for laying around. Sometimes I'll have to get up in the night to warm it back up, but at least it puts me back asleep until the next time I need to wake up haha. Hopefully you can find some relief from the back pain, hun xx
