Re: Sleeping
Are you still sleeping with a sports bra on?
I wonder if it isn't supportive enough to hold everything in! - Is the bra in the same size you got measured for the other week?
I'm sleeping in the M&S twin pack bras - and I don't seem to have a problem. I'm back to sleeping dead flat on my tummy.
Your mattress might be firmer than mine though, causing pressure on the boobs x

Re: Sleeping
See I don't have huge amount of side boob being a smaller size, mine only go up to my breast width.
Yes definitely go and get a better fitting and supportive sports bra. I think you will notice the difference! - M&S are not great for fittings at all! x

Re: Sleeping
It can sometimes take a while to get back into a comfy sleeping position & if your boobs ache maybe you're not quite ready for side sleeping.
Have you tried a rolled up sock between your boobs to stop the top boob from pressing down onto bottom one, I found having an extra pillow down the side of the bed helped & stopped me from going too far over onto side whilst sleeping ( like whilst side sleeping when pregnant).

Re: Sleeping
When did people start sleeping on their sides? I'm slowly finding I'm turning in my sleep again even with a V pillow ><

Re: Sleeping
I found it a fair few months before I was comfortable on my side, and even then I slept for about a year with rolled socks between the two. It just gives that extra support to the 'upper' boob, so its not so sore in the morning.
Check your bra is fitting ok too (http://www.figleaves.com/uk/fitting-room/). I wear a macom to bed, had one for around 9m and then got a new one a couple months ago.
It'll take a while, but your body will eventually find the most comfortable position for itself.

Re: Sleeping
I think I was really lucky that they are comfortable to lay on. I don't have any aches when I wake up, but I understand everyone is different. I was on my side about 3-4 weeks. Once I was lower in the pillow and didn't have morning boob basically xx

Re: Sleeping
I may sort of sleep at a turning of 45 degrees into my V pillow, rather than full side on, but I like the socks idea! I'll try that tonight! xx
