I'm a d cup now and just wanted to know does it actually help having a good amount of breast tissue to start with? Like i look at girls boobs who was an a cup or b cup to start with and had the same implants as i am getting the 410c, and they have a nice size but will i be bigger because i am already a d cup? I heard they take a % of breast tissue aswell? Also with me getting the nipple lift not sure wether being a d cup before my implants will make a difference cause not sure how much skin they take. hmmm i just hope i am going to be as big as i am hoping Flash xxx

Yes staring at a bigger size you wil end up bigger than say starting from an a cup. As you have some breast tissue. And something there already.
For me I've had 800cc and gone to around a g cup and that's starting from total scratch not even a AA I filled so had nothing. however ladies that have started off with maybe a b/c or d have had less cc and ended up same size. !
So it took me 380cc to get to a d cup but some ladies like yourself start off with a c/d cup so have the Foundation already as it were.!
I'm sure you'll end up a lovely great size hunny xx

wowzers! yours boobs are perfect hun Boobs Love your size! I told my surgeon i want to be an f cup, Yeah i think im always looking at girls who have had HUGE implants but started from nothing like yourself hun and then that makes me think 410cc isnt big enough but you are right, thank you for reassuring me hun thank you xxx

I started a empty 34d babe :)
Had 460 unders now a 32f :)

Hey girls!

I'm new here and also a D cup to start with like you Georgina! I am also confused about the size issue, I want mine to be bigger and rounder but not sure what size will achieve this! Did you have some pictures with you when you had consultation or did they advice you on the size?

Hey hunni welcome xx
I went for a couple of consultations and then once I'd decided on surgeon I took a pic.
For me it was more about filling up what I'd lost from having my kids so I after shape and fullness rather than size.
I would have been happy with a full d cup which was what he said I would be!! :)
Lol however I'm a 32f/ff and I'm coping with it ok Hysterical :heehee:

I was a D and only had 170 and 230 cc and ended up G / GG xx

Thanks for replies! I'm probably being blonde but what do you mean by 'empty' 34D?!

I'm the same and want to achieve fullness and roundness but would also like to be bigger! Also in terms of overs and unders... Was tht ur decision or your surgeons?
