I've got my arnica and have got to start taking it Saturday (1 week pre op) but how long do you take it for after? Just curious as I'm setting reminders daily in my phone cause I'm rubbish with remembering these things xx

I just took it for about 5 days after. I just had a tiny little black bruise on one breast , so it either worked or I was lucky xx

I had to take it for 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after. I did get bruising though where I had lipo and it took 3-4 weeks to go!

I was 1 week before and 2 weeks after. Not sure if it worked but it didn't do any harm. I found it weird that some places say take arnica and others are dead against it? I would always go with what your surgeons tell you to do.

I took arnica and had no bruising and very little swelling so would definitely recommend it! I think I did what it said on the bottle lol xx
