Yes lovely. It can take a little time for the implant to adhere to the breast pocket, so making sure it's kept stable in a good high impact sports bra will help it find its way to faster healing. Xx

I think we've had one girl here that had a continuous problem with this. The advice given to her was the same as I gave you above hun. She hasn't been back since so 'I think' the problem must have resolved or she might have come back to us for further assistance shrug

I think she was around 5 months post-op. other than her, the others who have this problem early post-op like yourself have righted it by keeping the breast as stable as possible babe. Xx

I had the same problem, everytime I bent forward I could feel the implant swosh forward with me, it was very strange. It does takes a couple of weeks to go, but as long as you wear a nice supportive bra so that your boobs don't move much, you'll find it disappears in no time

Hi,

Think you may have been thinking of me Cookie!!! I still get the feeling like the implant is moving around when I bend forward. It still drives me insane and really thought it would pass but it hasn't got any better.

I saw my PS for the first time last month - he seemed to ignore my concerns by just saying over and over - it's totally normal and it will get better - maybe it will but it's been 6 months now. The other one doesn't do it at all so I know my left doesn't feel as it should.

I've not been on here for awhile as I was becoming a little obsessed with my boobs and thought I needed to try and not be too intense during the healing period.

I think I may be stuck with this problem now - but I have done a lot of research on it and the problem seems to resolve itself for pretty much most laddies - so I'm sure it will for you too.

Sorry to read the problem is still happening. Yes, I've read the same that it does resolve itself. You I think wee the only one I'd read being so far along so hopefully it will still settle.

Are you still in sports bras babe? Xx

Hi Cookie,

I was still locking them up in a sports bra day and night, but my surgeon told me to massage it firmly (as the left one was also slightly higher). I told him that this seemed to go against all the advise that I had read but he insisted I do it. He also told me to go braless when I could???!!!!???

So as he's my PS I feel I should take his advice. I'm really really hoping it will settle as I hate it and haven't got use to the feeling. It also makes the left feel alien as the right now feels like my own body. Guess all I can do is wait until I see him again in Jan.

I also told him that I didn't think you were suposed to massage anatomicals because they are textured but he said that was ok? Just a long waiting game - hope he bloody well knows what he's talking about!

If they're still sat quite high it's normal practise to advise massage Meemoo to encourage them to drop. But it should only ever be done under instruction from a surgeon as you have now. I had to massage too having one stubborn boob that refused to drop naturally. It did help and the breast settled in a nice position in line with the other. Hopefully yours will do the same.

If you're still having problems by January is it possible to request a second opinion?

Thanks Cookie.

What annoyed me most was that he wouldn't give a reason why is was moving - just kept repeating 'it's just normal' grrrrr!

I'm hoping by Jan things will be better - if not I'll take your advice and ask for a second opinion. I get the impression that they hope you will just get use to the way they are and not make a fuss!

Thanks for all the advice you have ever given me x x

You're very welcome hun and I do agree with you, the less noise you make, the less they'll do for you I've found. So if the problem is still there keep shouting about it and make yourself heard till they do do something sweetheart. Xx
