They're both Allergan yeah, it's down to personal choice. Natrelle are the premium implant, I think they have an extra layer. I had Natrelle as in my opinion, they felt much sturdier and better quality. CUI's felt flimsier and PS said they're more prone to rippling. x

Re: natrelle & cui's
I was wondering this too, natrelle or cui, as there's a big price difference, but definatly don't want rippling so think ill go for the natrelle implants, am I right in saying they also come with a lifetime guarantee x

I think cui have 10 years and natrelle do have lifetime, but what this is against I am unsure! Xx

Re: natrelle & cui's
I have CUIs and they're fine. Lots of women get a little rippling with either implant as I've seen over my time that I've been here. Rippling isn't limited to CUIs. You can get rippling with either implant, but I've never in the 3 years I've been here seen any bad rippling. MANY women with all implant makes might get a little rippling when they lean forward, it may be felt but its not visible.
I did a lot of research before having CUIs implanted again and could find no good reason not to have them, they're a standard implant but a very good implant all the same. They have a 10 year warranty.
Natrelles are a premium implant, they have a lifetime warranty and are also a very good implant.
Implants only have a lifetime span of around 10 years anyway, so either implant that's generally what you're going to get out of them both.
The Natrelles are of course a better implant having an extra layer over the implant, hence the additional costs. Having read Allergans statement after the PIP scandal stating all of their implants undergo rigerous testing, ALL of Allergans implants are safe to use. So although the Natrelles are premiums but theres nothing at all wrong with CUIs if they're your preference. Xx

Re: natrelle & cui's
Thanks cookie, yeah I suppose if your only going to have them for 10 years or so then a life time guarantee is unnecessary! X

Re: natrelle & cui's
I also have the CUI's and so far have been very happy with them. I did lots of research before hand and was happy to go ahead with this implant. It is your choice but allegan are a very reliable make, if they made their standard implant to a poor quality, they would never sell any implants.
