Hi Ladies

Ive got my BA next saturday and my nurse said i can start taking arnica if i wanted. Ive been out and brought 6c from boots as thats all they had on the shelf. Ihave come home and just been reading on google that you can also get 30c. Is this going to make a difference?

Did anyone else take arnica and for how long? My nurse said to take upto surgery day then stop but ive read that lots continue for about 1 week post-op.

What are your thoughts Ladies

xx

God knows if it really works!! I had some bruising where I had lipo at the base of each breast and around my nipples but otherwise I didnt bruise too badly but who knows if it would have been any worse if I didnt take it!! I guess I just thought "it wont do any harm!!"
