When should i start taking it? My op is next weds x

I had to take it for 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after. There is no evidence that it actually works anyway so I wouldnt be too worried!

^ that's true. I never took it for my first surgery and and didn't bruise at all. For my second under instruction from my clinic I did take it and bruised like a peach! So from personal experience I don't think it works. Well, not for me anyway.
But always follow the advice given to you by your own clinic to avoid after care being void. Xx
